Welcome to Old School Noobs, a podcast based out of a small town in Minnesota that takes a deep dive into the world of video games, sports, comic books, and anything else that comes up. Our hosts, AJ, Luke, Mat and Tyler, are all native Minnesotans and lifelong gamers who want to share their knowledge and passion with the world. They are all sports players/fans who have been getting their hearts broke by MN teams since they were kids. Luke and Mat are comic book enthusiast and fans of Magic: The Gathering, AKA Nerds. Together, they bring their unique perspectives to the table to discuss the latest news and trends in the gaming world. Whether it’s breaking down the latest sports video game releases or debating the merits of a new comic book movie, Old School Noobs have you covered. Welcome back to the Old School Noobs Podcast! The fellas still missed a Thursday record even though they promised to do it every other Thursday. But they did get together on Sunday, although they were distracted by the Vikings-Packers game (Big Vikes W). They Ramble through various sports topics, NFL, College Football, and the Minnesota Wild. They also touch on their Saturday night gaming session of Roblox Football and a little bit of NHL 25. Tyler gets a little heated about the final season of Game of Thrones and gives us his thoughts. AJ stays locked in to the Vikes game for most of the episode. And then some NFL Trivia to finish it off.

Welcome back to the Old School Noobs Podcast! The fellas missed their initial record date of last Thursday but were able to record on Sunday. They still aim to record every other Thursday. AJ, Luke, and Tyler talk recent NFL and NHL news and updates on the Minnesota teams. AJ and Tyler talk about their COD grind, Luke talks about playing Madden with his son. AJ gives his review on Transformers One (You should watch it everyone). Then Tyler talks about his Game of Thrones kick and how it is the best worst show ever. Luke calls Zilly of the Bum N Zilly show to talk about the how his Bills were wiping the floor with Zilly’s Lions in the first quarter (Big Bills W 48-42). And other random things are discussed! Welcome back to Old School Noobs! After the Great Audio Equipment Heist pulled off by Bum and Zilly, which took place after our last episode, the guys finally got it back and were able to record an episode! Aj, Luke, and Tyler discuss the NFL season to this point. They talk about the Minnesota Wild and their hot start and talk about Alexander Ovechkin’s chase of greatness. Tyler quickly previews the Gophers’ game he’s going to against Penn State. They also bring back a fan favorite segment of movie suggestions to each other, which should lead to great reviews next episode. Luke talks about his NHL 25 experience with Former Matt. Tyler and AJ talk about the new game Dragon Age Veilguard. And the guys commit to recording every other Thursday starting in December.

Welcome back to Old School Noobs! On this episode AJ, Luke, and Tyler were joined by Bum & Zilly of The Bum and Zilly Show Fame. Since Bum N Zilly are Lions fans, they discuss the highly anticipated showdown for NFC North supremacy between the Vikings and Lions. The hosts also talk about the recent news in the NFL and Tyler gets everyone update with how great PJ Fleck’s Golden Gophers are doing. Then Zilly finally gets his wrestling segment which mostly involves talking old Wrestlemanias and Luke and Zilly’s backyard wrestling run.
